My husband gave a talk today at lunch at the museum where he has his studio. There is a talk every Thursday at noon and they call it “Art Salad” because they encourage you to bring your lunch and listen. Although he was nervous, he did a wonderful job. It was really great to hear him talk about his work and see all of his paintings projected behind him. Since he started painting still lifes right around the time we got married it was like a history of our life together so far illustrated in paintings.
